Delete your Gymnaut member account

How to request deletion of your Gymnaut Member app account and personal data.

Delete in the app

  1. Open the Gymnaut Member app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (menu → Settings).
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account.
  5. Your login and personal profile data are removed immediately.

Data that is deleted

  • Your login email and password (auth account).
  • Profile photo, phone, goals, notification preferences, and personal settings.
  • Personal messages and member-specific app data linked to your user ID.

Data that may be kept

  • Anonymised or aggregated gym operations data your gym must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example payment receipts already issued).
  • Backups may hold deleted data for a short period before automatic purge.
  • Your gym may retain membership, attendance, and payment history required for their records (often anonymised after account deletion).

Important notes

  • You can export a copy of your profile first from Settings → Privacy → Export my data.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@techlogica.in from your registered address with your role (member) and gym name. We will verify and process deletion within 30 days.
