Delete your Gymnaut trainer account
How to request deletion of your Gymnaut Staff app account and personal data.
Delete in the app
- Open the Gymnaut Staff app and sign in as a trainer.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Privacy, tap Delete account and confirm.
- You will be signed out and your personal login data will be removed.
Data that is deleted
- Your trainer login and profile linked to your user ID.
- Personal notification preferences and device registrations.
Data that may be kept
- Anonymised or aggregated gym operations data your gym must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example payment receipts already issued).
- Backups may hold deleted data for a short period before automatic purge.
- Historical PT sessions, class notes, or client progress entries may remain with your gym for continuity (personal login removed).
Important notes
- Export your data first from Settings → Privacy → Export my data if needed.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@techlogica.in from your registered address with your role (trainer) and gym name. We will verify and process deletion within 30 days.
