Gymnaut Member app — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Gymnaut Member app is operated by Techlogica (“we”, “us”). Gymnaut Member app helps you manage memberships, class and PT bookings, workouts, diet plans, attendance, and related gym services offered by your gym.

2. Information we collect

Account details: name, email, phone number, password (stored securely by our auth provider), and profile photo if you upload one.

Device & app data: device type, push notification tokens, language/region preferences, and basic diagnostics needed to run the app.

Membership & gym data: gym/branch link, plan and subscription status, attendance check-ins, bookings, trainer assignments, progress metrics, and messages with your trainer.

Payment metadata: plan purchases and billing status processed via payment partners (we do not store full card numbers).

3. How we use your information

Provide and improve member features (plans, bookings, workouts, diet, attendance, competitions).

Authenticate you and keep your session secure.

Send service notifications you enable.

Support payments, renewals, and customer support requests.

Meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.

4. Sharing

Your gym (tenant) staff and assigned trainers can see membership and training data needed to operate the gym.

Service providers (hosting, auth, database, payments, push delivery) process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We keep account and operational data while your account is active.

Personal data linked to inactive memberships or staff accounts may be cleared after about 90 days, subject to legal retention needs (for example payment records).

You can export or request deletion from Settings → Privacy.

6. Your choices

Update profile and notification preferences in the app.

Export your data from Settings → Privacy, or permanently delete your account from Settings → Delete account.

Contact us to access, correct, or object to certain processing where applicable law allows.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

Gymnaut Member app is intended for gym members and staff and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in-app (About App → Privacy Policy). Version of this policy: 1.0.0.
