Gym Billing & Membership Invoicing Software
Sell membership plans, collect online through Razorpay, record cash at the desk, and hand members a clean receipt with your own gym's name on it. Renewals, dues and branch-wise collections stay visible instead of living in a notebook.
What the billing module does
One ledger for online and cash collections
Gym revenue arrives in every form: a UPI transfer at midnight, cash at the desk, a card swipe for a personal-training package. Gymnaut puts all of it against the same membership and the same invoice, so the month-end number is one number rather than a reconciliation exercise.
Online payments run through Razorpay. The order is created server-side from the plan's real price and the signature is verified before the payment is marked successful — a member cannot change the amount or mark their own invoice as paid from the browser. Cash and bank transfers are entered by staff, tagged to the branch and the person who recorded them.
Members see their own billing history and download receipts showing your gym's details and a plain summary of what they paid for. Staff see the other side: who is due this week, who has lapsed, what each branch collected, and how collections compare with branch expenses like rent, electricity and equipment maintenance.
Billing and payment questions
- Which payment methods can members use?
- Members pay online through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets — from the member app or web. Cash and bank transfers are recorded manually against the same invoice, so collections stay in one ledger.
- Do receipts carry my gym's branding?
- Yes. Receipts and invoices show your gym's name, branch address and contact details, not the software vendor's, and members can download them from their billing page at any time.
- How are renewals handled?
- Each membership has an end date. Gymnaut surfaces upcoming and overdue renewals for staff follow-up and sends the member push reminders before their plan expires.
- Can I see collections per branch?
- Yes. Collections, dues and expenses are tagged by branch. Branch admins see their own numbers and the main gym admin sees every branch side by side.
- Can members with an expired plan still use the app?
- Access to the member dashboard is tied to an active plan, so an expired membership prompts renewal instead of continuing to unlock member features.
- Which currency does billing use?
- Gymnaut formats prices in the currency that matches the visitor's location and lets members and admins switch it in settings; Indian gyms typically bill in INR through Razorpay.
