Gym Management Software in India

Gymnaut is a multi-branch gym management system built for Indian fitness businesses — from a single neighbourhood gym to a chain across cities. Run memberships, QR attendance, INR billing, class schedules and branch-wise reports from one place, and give every member a mobile app of their own.

Built for how Indian gyms actually run

Multi-branch control
Add every branch under one gym account. Branch admins run day-to-day operations; the main gym admin gets a consolidated view of members, revenue, staff and branch-wise expenses like electricity and water.
QR attendance & kiosk check-in
Front-desk kiosk with QR scanning, printable member ID cards, duplicate-scan protection, auto check-out and member-wise history with date-range filters.
INR billing & Razorpay
Membership plans, renewals, invoices and receipts in Indian Rupees, with online collection through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) plus manual entry for cash payments.
Member mobile app
Installable member app with plan status, attendance, workouts, diet plans, class bookings, invoices and push notifications for renewals and class reminders.
Classes & personal training
Recurring schedules for Yoga, Zumba and boxing with waitlists, conflict detection, trainer rosters and personal-training bookings for both in-house and freelance trainers.
Branch-wise reports
Collections, dues, attendance trends, expenses, trainer performance and membership growth — filterable per branch and exportable to CSV or PDF.
20 languages, auto currency
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and more, with currency detected from the visitor's location.
Role-based access
Separate dashboards and permissions for super admin, gym owner, branch admin, employee, trainer, freelance trainer and member.

One gym, many branches — without spreadsheets

Most gym chains in India end up juggling one register per branch and a WhatsApp group for the numbers. Gymnaut replaces that with a single tenant per gym and a branch record for each location. Members, staff, trainers, equipment, expenses and payments all carry a branch tag, so a branch admin only ever sees their own location while the owner can compare branches side by side.

Miscellaneous operating costs — electricity, water, rent, maintenance, equipment repair — are logged per branch, so the profit picture is per branch too, not one lump sum at the end of the month.

Attendance, billing and the member app

Attendance: print member ID cards with a unique QR code, put a tablet on the front desk and let members check themselves in. Repeat scans inside a configurable window are ignored, forgotten check-outs are closed automatically, and every entry is auditable with member-wise history and date filters.

Billing: create membership plans with any duration and price in Indian Rupees, and collect online through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Cash payments get recorded against the same invoice, and members can download a clean receipt carrying your gym's own name and address.

Member app: members install Gymnaut from the browser onto Android or iOS and get their plan status, attendance streak, assigned workouts and diet plan, class and personal-training bookings, invoices, and push reminders before a renewal is due.

Questions Indian gym owners ask

Does Gymnaut support multiple gym branches under one account?
Yes. One gym account can hold any number of branches. Branch managers see only their own branch, while the main gym admin sees consolidated members, attendance, collections and expenses across every branch.
Can members pay in Indian Rupees?
Yes. Gymnaut bills in INR and takes online payments through Razorpay, including UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Cash and offline payments can be recorded manually against the same invoice.
How does attendance marking work?
Members scan a QR code at the front desk kiosk, or staff check them in manually. Gymnaut stores member-wise history, blocks duplicate scans within a configurable window, auto checks-out stale sessions and exports attendance to CSV or PDF.
Is there a mobile app for members?
Members get a mobile-first app experience they can install on Android or iOS from the browser, with their plan status, attendance, workout and diet plans, class bookings, invoices and push reminders.
Which Indian languages are supported?
Gymnaut ships with 20 languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali and Gujarati, and members can switch language and currency themselves.
