Yoga Studio Software
Run your yoga studio on one platform: a recurring timetable students book themselves, mat limits with waitlists, teacher rosters and attendance, class packs and memberships, plus GST-ready invoices and UPI payments.
What yoga studios use Gymnaut for
A timetable your students operate themselves
Most yoga studios lose their evenings to admin: a notebook of who has classes left, a WhatsApp group asking whether there is a mat free at 6 pm, and a spreadsheet of who still owes for the month. Gymnaut replaces all three with one timetable and one student record.
You build the schedule from class templates, so a weekly Hatha, Vinyasa or prenatal slot is entered once and appears as bookable sessions for the next four weeks. Students book from the member app up to your mat limit, then waitlist; cancellations promote the next person and notify them. Teachers open the session roster on their phone and mark attendance, which feeds the same reports as door check-ins.
On the money side, class packs, term passes and monthly memberships are all plans with their own price, duration and renewal date. Invoices are GST-ready, online payments run through Razorpay with UPI and cards, and cash is logged against the student so dues and expiring passes show up before they lapse.
Yoga studio software questions
- Can I run a weekly yoga timetable without re-entering it?
- Yes. You set up a class template — Hatha, Monday to Friday, 6 am, 20 mats, with an assigned teacher — and Gymnaut generates the bookable sessions on a rolling 28-day window. Editing the template updates upcoming sessions.
- How do mat limits and waitlists work?
- Each session has a seat count that matches your mat capacity. Once it is full, students join a waitlist and are promoted automatically with a push notification when someone cancels.
- Can students book from their phone?
- Students use the Gymnaut member app to browse the timetable by day, book or cancel a session, and see their pass balance, upcoming classes and attendance in one place.
- Does it handle class packs and memberships?
- You define the plans your studio sells — monthly unlimited, term passes or a fixed number of classes — and renewals, dues and expiry are tracked per student.
- Does it work for Indian studios?
- Yes. Invoices are GST-ready, students can pay by UPI or card through Razorpay, and cash collections and dues are recorded against the same student record.
- Can I run more than one studio location?
- Yes. Each location is a branch with its own timetable, teachers and reports, and the owner sees consolidated figures across every branch.
